Preventing the Kidnapping, Abduction or Wrongful Retention of Your Children

I offer this 2004 article as an overview of the danger of loss of custody of children when Americans marry and have children with citizens of Islamic countries. It explains some contractual precautions that can be taken as well as preventive measures if the marriage breaks down.
