Solomon’s Protocol, A guide to prevention and an approach to surviving custody abduction to the Islamic World.  I was contracted by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMC) in 1999 to author this guidance document, and it was distributed for review at the 2001 Annual Meeting of the California State Bar Association.  My publication was also discussed during the June 26, 2003 United States Senate Congressional Hearing on the Department of State’s Office of Children’s Issues – Responding to International Parental Abduction.
